Please note our delivery times and production times vary and refer to the individual product for turnaround times. During peak times, the wait periods may increase. Please let us know if the order is urgent and we will see what we can do for you.
From time to time, we will vary our postage terms, and also will often offer free postage promotions.
Items can take from 1 to 30 weeks to create.
Custom Stagewear and costumes and couture swimwear: shipping is not free will be quoted on a piece by piece basis. Costs will depend on the shape, size and urgency of your order.
Collection is available within the Melbourne area by appointment only.
We ship worldwide for international clients, we usually use Australia Post, Sendle and DHL. Please contact us before ordering – message us for info.
International customers are responsible for all customs, duties or import fees associated with shipping your goods.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and courier shortages, we may experience slower than usual postage times. Please check out the Australia Post website for up to date times.Â
Please check postage times before ordering and give plenty of time before your show. We cannot be held liable for items that do not arrive in time for your show if you have not left sufficient time for delivery. Please contact us to process a rush order if you need it urgently.

All of our items are tracked, therefore we cannot be liable for items lost or stolen in the mail. Please let us know before posting if you require additional insurance, and we will adjust our invoice accordingly.
