Refund policy
Whilst we take every effort to provide you with an exceptional service, we acknowledge that we are not perfect.
To ensure that we can offer you the best possible service, it is important that you are clear with your instructions to us and understand the nature of your scope/works before agreeing to proceed.
No refunds for change of mind on rentals.
We have a strict no refund policy for custom made orders. There will be no refunds of payment instalments, or deposits for custom items. Including if you decide to no longer compete.Â
If you choose to delay your competition date, we will keep to the original contract due dates and your payments are still due on the due dates. This is because we offer limited spots in each show season. You may rearrange your final fitting to your new show date.Â
In rare circumstances, we will move your entire order to your new competition season. This is at our sole discretion.Â
There are no returns on sale or discounted products, whether custom or otherwise and we cannnot refund because you received your item "late" due to disregard to our shipping policy and/or product dispatch times and/or late to provide your measurements.Â
We offer a specific number of spots for custom costumes each season, and cannot refund consultations or deposits and you acknowledge that by us taking you on as a client, somebody else has missed out.
For items that can be accepted for an exchange, a strict return period is within 7 days.
Any returns must be in their original, unworn, undamaged condition and you will receive a store credit for the purchase price, less the cost of any free postage that was included.
Where necessary and provided hygiene strips should still be in tact, and the product should be clean, unwashed, free from perfumes, lotions and similar, and returned in the original packaging. Please try your product on over underwear.
Returns that do not comply with the returns policy, will not be credited and you will be responsible for the return postage cost to send the product back to you.
Earrings, men's trunks, Bikinis and swimsuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Customised, one of a kind products, or personalised garments cannot be refunded.Â
Our costumes are handmade and intricate and you can expect to lose a few feathers, or crystals. We will usually supply spares that you can glue back on. Therefore, refunds will not be given for any lost stones. However, we find if you follow our care instructions carefully, you will not have any issues. We do a vigorous quality check before sending any goods and cannot be liable for accidents caused by the consumer.
Refunds, repairs or replacements will be made at our discretion and in line with the ACCC.
