KoKo is the small brand aiming to make a big impact, based out of Melbourne, Australia.

Run by fellow competitor, Kelly, a self-proclaimed 'eco warrior', with a dream to make competing as eco-friendly as possible.

Starting as a small hobby being run from our living room, then we upgraded to the spare bedroom. After a few more years, we grew into two rooms and a workshop and countless mannequins. With a background in textiles from the UK, and as at 2022, 19 years of stage experience, through pageants, pantomines/theatre and bodybuilding competitions, we have been making our own costumes since we were the early 2000's.

Where we can, we will upcycle fabrics and materials, re-use packaging and we try to make sure as many of our materials as possible are sourced on Australian soil.

At KoKo, we are firm believers that every competitor deserves to look and feel a million dollars and of course, be covered in sparkles!

But it doesn't stop there. We re-purpose our clients' existing swimwear, up-cycle materials, fabrics and packaging and bring an element of sustainability to the competition industry. We aim to make use of as many raw materials from sustainable sources as possible and re-use packaging materials in our wings and for our own packaging to keep costs and landfill to an absolute minimum. Where we do use mailers, we have introduced compostable and re-useable ones, to ensure we have sustainability.
